See you soon [First]

We’re looking forward to seeing you for your [Appointment Type]

Remember prior to your appointment

Complete this online form. It only takes about 1 minute

Observe these pre-study requirements

1. Shower beforehand and DON’T use moisturisers, tanners or apply makeup
This stops the little sensors from adhering properly
2. Remove nail polish or acrylic nails from at least 1 finger (the index, middle or ring)
This is for the oxygen sensor to work properly
3. Dress in comfortable, loose clothing you can wear to bed.
You’ll be unable to change your shirt after the setup
4. Men, have a tidy-up of your beard if you have one
This also helps the little sensors on your jaw stay in place
5. Bring a jacket or loose overshirt to help avoid tugging leads loose
Leads can get caught on things unless covered by a light jacket
6. We suggest bringing a family member or friend with you to drive
This also minimises the risk of displacing leads whilst driving
